Project Goals

Genesy had outgrown the work that built them. They were pitching six-figure transformation programs with a site that still spoke to the small implementation jobs they started with — service pages written for buyers who no longer existed, and case studies that led with tooling instead of outcomes. Every enterprise conversation started from a standing position, because nothing on the site told a CTO why Genesy belonged in that room.

//
The Result

We repositioned the practice around three outcomes rather than a list of technologies, and rebuilt the site to prove each one. Case studies now open with the business problem and the number it moved; the team page leads with the people who actually run the engagements. A short qualification step replaced the generic contact form, so sales calls start with context instead of discovery. Qualified leads rose 35%, conversion 43%, and organic traffic doubled over the two quarters that followed.

They picked up our design language in week one. The work has landed right ever since, and second rounds are rare.
