How does the subscription model work?
You pay a fixed monthly fee and get access to a dedicated design team. Submit unlimited requests, and we’ll deliver them one by one (or two at a time with the Pro plan). No hourly billing, no contracts — cancel or pause anytime.
What kind of design tasks can I request?
Anything from landing pages, UI/UX, and marketing graphics to brand assets and pitch decks. If it’s a design made for web or product, we’ve got you covered. If you’re unsure — just ask!
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are delivered within 2–3 business days. Complex tasks may take a bit longer, but we always keep you updated inside your design portal.
What tools do you use to manage the work?
We use a custom Notion portal to track your requests and feedback. Everything is centralized — tasks, revisions, timelines — so you always know what’s happening.
How many requests can I make?
Request as many tasks as you like. We’ll work through them in your queue. With the Standard plan, it’s one at a time. With Pro — two simultaneously.
Can I cancel or pause anytime?
Absolutely. You’re in full control.
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time — no questions asked. Unused time gets saved if you pause.
What if I’m not happy with a design?
We revise until it’s right. Every request includes unlimited revisions, so we keep refining the work until it matches your vision — no extra cost, no awkward conversations.
Who owns the work you deliver?
You do — fully. Once a design is delivered, you own 100% of the rights to use it however you like. All source files are handed over with every completed request.
