Etery
Storefront and brand system for a DTC label, designed to convert on mobile first.

Etery had a loyal following on social media but a storefront that lost those visitors before checkout. Most traffic arrived on phones, yet the site had been designed for desktop: product pages buried sizing and delivery details, the brand looked different from page to page, and checkout took five steps. They needed a storefront and a brand system that would turn mobile visitors into repeat customers.
We built a mobile-first storefront on a new brand system — one type scale, one palette and a set of reusable product layouts. Sizing, delivery and returns now sit next to the add-to-cart button, and checkout dropped to two steps. The new experience puts Etery’s products, reviews and story on one clear path from first visit to purchase, with a structure ready for new collections and campaigns.
The quality was unmatched. We submitted our request on Monday and had polished designs by Wednesday.
